Terms of Service & Contractual Framework

1. Provision of Services

K & P (UK) LIMITED provides industrial food logistics and delivery services subject to these terms. A binding contract is formed only upon the issuance of a written Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a confirmed digital order through our enterprise portal.

2. Liability Limitations

In accordance with UK law, our liability for any breach of contract is strictly limited to the value of the specific order or service period in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather, industrial action, or national grid failure.

3. Payment & Default

Standard payment terms for B2B contracts are Net 30 from the date of invoice. Late payments will incur statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. We reserve the right to suspend logistics assets in the event of payment default exceeding 15 days.
